Walking into the store this morning, I was shocked to see rows of seed packets. Is it that time already? While, it is still cold, and technically winter, the time for seeds is nevertheless just around the corner. This fact just reminds me how out of shape my beds are: they are not ready for seeds, let alone bulbs or plants!
Therefore, first things first: bed preparation. Did you know that now, when the ground is still damp, is the best time to begin pulling those weeds. Pruning and trimming bushes can wait still, but the time is right for pulling weeds! So, choose a weekend and mark your calendar- it is time to prep your garden!
